Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Business Change team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own end-to-end change across complex global programmes, ensuring adoption and practical impact for Partners and colleagues.

You will work with Programme Leads and senior stakeholders, shape readiness, engagement, learning and governance, and coach others while navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently leading large-scale or complex business change.

• Ensure change lands with adoption, learning and sustainable adoption.
