The Kraft Heinz Company invites applications for a Change Manager ANJ, a 12-month fixed-term opportunity within the Global Business Services (GBS) team. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement—3 days in office and 2 days remote—with a competitive salary package, annual bonus, and market-leading benefits.

Based out of our Melbourne CBD office, you will lead the change approach across programs, engage global stakeholders, coach leaders, and ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering change programs in global organisations.
• Able to turn strategy into practical actions and plans.
• Strong at engaging stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall change approach and plan.
• Integrate change activities into day-to-day program planning.
• Define deliverables, resources, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Identify stakeholders and build engagement plans.
• Coach leaders to support the change initiative.
• Identify resistance and address adoption barriers early.
• Assess impacts on people, processes, and technology.
• Track readiness, risks, and issues with mitigations.
• Develop communications and supporting materials.
• Support training and measure adoption metrics.
