Job summary

K2 Group is a UK-based mobility services provider with a global reach. The role of Project Manager oversees large-scale change programs with end-to-end lifecycle, governance and stakeholder coordination.

You will liaise with the Group Managing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget transitions that meet client expectations. The role requires proven PM experience, strong communication and adaptability, and work is hybrid with two days in the office and three remote after

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a project manager delivering complex change programs.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and end-to-end change delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Create full project plans and manage delivery to time, budget and scope.
• Lead projects using effective methodologies and governance structures.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and risk dashboards.
• Coordinate internal teams and client/third-party stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activity with scoping and proposals.
