Job summary

Kroll is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support our Global Benefits team in London. The role focuses on coordination, delivery, and governance of key global benefits initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will drive projects forward, manage dependencies, and help establish sustainable processes across the global benefits landscape, contributing to operational excellence and governance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or operational delivery roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and project-tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support for benefits-related programs.
• Coordinate planning, delivery, and governance of Global Benefits initiatives.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action tracking across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Support onboarding and governance with external providers and offshore teams.
