Job summary

Aggreko in Glasgow is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst for Cash & Banking to drive global process standardisation and governance. You’ll partner across Shared Services and local finance teams to improve cash visibility, accuracy, and the close process.

Reporting to the Global Process Owner, you will design and govern standardised processes, implement control frameworks, and support audits and finance transformation initiatives with a focus on Faster Close and improved working capital.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Cash & Banking within a global organisation.
• Experience supporting process standardisation and finance transformation.
• Auditable, control-driven work environment.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and banking tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global SME for end-to-end Cash & Banking processes, defining standard design, controls, and documentation.
• Define and maintain the global 'one way of working' for Cash & Banking, with maps, policies, standards, and KPIs.
• Establish and enforce robust global Cash and Banking control standards (accounts, mandates, payments, connectivity).
• Partner with ERP, IT, and Data teams to automate cash postings, bank statement processing, and reconciliations.
• Support timely, accurate bank reconciliations globally and drive continuous reconciliation.
• Act as a key contact for regional teams and Shared Services; support roadmaps and audits.
