Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager for the Worldwide Fulfillment (AWF) Carrier Management team. You will coordinate delivery of defined projects to improve carrier performance across AWF destinations, track service KPIs, and implement data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with a team of programme managers and senior leaders to drive improvements. The role involves building scalable processes, conducting root-cause analysis, and surfacing insights to inform business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Excel.
• Analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day relationships with 3PL carriers, tracking and delivering KPIs for destination service performance including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Build and maintain processes, tools, and documentation to enable scalable and repeatable operations across carrier management
• Gather and analyse data to surface insights, inform business decisions, and contribute recommendations to destination service planning
• Collaborate with programme managers and business leaders to support delivery of business initiatives, identifying blockers and driving resolution
• Support the carrier management component of AWF Operations Peak Readiness Plans, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
