Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to join the Amazon Worldwide Fulfillment (AWF) team within Global Logistics. The role focuses on coordinating carrier management initiatives to improve service levels, capacity, and cost across AWF destinations.

You will track KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and build scalable processes and tools to enable data-driven decisions. Collaboration with 3PLs and cross-functional partners is essential to meet peak readiness plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Excel and analytical work environments.
• Preference for program or project management in an e-commerce context.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL carriers and track KPIs.
• Build and maintain scalable processes, tools, and documentation.
• Gather and analyse data to surface insights and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with programme managers and leaders to deliver initiatives.
• Support peak readiness plans across AWF operations.
