Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Program Manager to oversee captive renewal processes, client servicing, and coordination with internal teams and brokers. You will manage data collection, renewal proposals, and source documents to ensure accurate submissions.

The role emphasizes governance, meeting coordination, and continuous improvement in service delivery, with opportunities for development within a global insurance management organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School diploma with 8+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows applications.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead captive renewal management and ensure timely data collection for renewal submissions.
• Coordinate financial and compliance processes, including loss experience and audits.
• Onboard new clients and maintain relationships with service providers and brokers.
• Coordinate pre/post board meetings and manage meeting materials and attendee lists.
• Perform additional duties to support captive program success.
