Team LEWIS in London seeks a Campaign Director to lead UK and EMEA accounts, driving service, growth and profitability across the network. You will support new business by collaborating on multi-market credentials, RFIs and pitches, building strong relationships across EMEA to expand client capabilities.

You will champion a collaborative culture and provide hands-on leadership and development for our people.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large client accounts and cross-market credentials.
• Proven track record in growing client revenue and retention.
• Ability to manage multi-market pitches and RFIs.

• Lead day-to-day account teams and multi-market campaigns.
• Drive client programmes, oversee creative campaigns and strategy.
• Counsel clients on strategic communications including PR, digital and content.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and prospects.
• Support business operations: forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Develop and mentor junior team members and manage line reporting.
• Contribute to credentials and pitches with strategic insights and messaging.
