About the Role

As part of its global expansion strategy, we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Global Business Development & Product Alliances Manager to strengthen its European presence, brand visibility, and sourcing expertise. Reporting directly to the founder, the role will lead initiatives such as executing international trunk show events and sourcing strategic brand collaborations beyond apparel.

The focus is on expanding RRJ’s presence in global luxury markets—particularly in London, New York, and Dubai—through curated pop-up events and co-branded product launches aligned with the brand's heritage aesthetic.

Responsibilities include identifying retail partners, managing event logistics, and engaging with VIP customers. The manager will also develop cross-category collaborations, negotiate partnerships with designers, and ensure each project aligns with the brand’s identity and strategy.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or fashion-related studies are a plus.
