About the Role

As part of its global expansion strategy, we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Global Business Development & Product Alliances Manager to strengthen its European influence, brand presence, and sourcing expertise. The role reports directly to the founder and will lead initiatives such as executing international trunk show events and sourcing strategic brand collaborations beyond apparel.

The role aims to expand RRJ’s presence in global luxury markets—particularly in London, New York, and Dubai—through curated pop-up events and co-branded product launches aligned with the brand's heritage aesthetic.

Responsibilities include identifying retail partners, managing event logistics, engaging with VIP customers, developing and overseeing cross-category collaborations, negotiating partnerships with designers, and ensuring projects align with the brand’s identity and strategy.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or fashion-related studies are a plus.
