Savills is seeking an experienced director to lead the Brand / Operator Search & Contract Negotiation within the Global Residential Development Consultancy (GRDC) team. Based in London, you will drive global business development and manage senior stakeholder relationships while overseeing delivery across service lines.

The role requires a strategic leader with real estate/hospitality advisory background, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Requires proven track record in brand/operator search and contract negotiation.
• International real estate/hospitality advisory experience preferred.
• Experience generating business and driving revenue growth essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand/Operator Search, Selection & Contract Negotiation and Operational Advisory service lines.
• Drive global business development, originating and securing mandates across markets.
• Manage senior B2B stakeholder relationships with developers, brands, investors and UHNW clients.
• Contribute to strategic growth and positioning of the team and services.
• Deliver integrated client solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Advise clients across the project lifecycle from concept to end-unit commercialisation.
• Oversee project delivery, including resourcing and team management.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in international client engagements.
