What Your Role Is
At General Mills, our vision is to lead category growth in snacks through a portfolio of brands that deliver better snacking moments.
The International Brand Development Team (BDT) supports this by driving profitable growth across key international markets (UK, France, Australia) and high-potential growth markets. We do this through core renovation, innovation, pricing and packaging architecture (PPA), and Holistic Margin Management (HMM) initiatives.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the charge in developing and launching brand innovations across global markets. You will lead projects to drive incremental and profitable growth across Nature Valley’s core platforms – Crunchy, Protein, and Sweet & Salty Nut. This includes managing renovation, innovation, and PPA initiatives.
In this dynamic role, working in a global cross-functional environment, you’ll collaborate with teams across BDT, R&D, manufacturing, and local markets to ensure successful project execution and market relevance.
