Introduction:

The Content Marketing & Editorial Manager will be part of the Website & Content team and will:

- Serve as a creative visionary, developing disruptive and engaging ideas for editorial content that captivate audiences and drive business goals.

- Lead the creation and refinement of compelling, multi-format content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and tone.

- Collaborate across teams to infuse creativity into broader digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Leverage AI tools and innovative processes to enhance content efficiency and quality pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What you'll be doing:

    Creative Ideation & Editorial Leadership:

  • Develop bold, innovative content ideas that resonate with audiences and differentiate Sword Health in the market.
  • Serve as the creative lead for editorial content across platforms, from blog posts and white papers to podcasts and multimedia projects.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and oversee the editorial content strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities, audience needs, and SEO best practices.
  • Leverage AI tools to write, edit, and refine high-quality content across formats, driving innovation and efficiency in content creation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the design, campaign, and growth marketing teams to ensure creative alignment and cohesion.
  • Collaborate on lead-generation strategies, ensuring editorial content supports key customer journey touchpoints.

What you need to have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or a creative-focused role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to generate innovative, disruptive ideas that challenge norms and captivate audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio that highlights creative versatility.
  • Strong understanding of content creation workflows, including the use of AI tools.
  • Experience integrating content strategies with SEO and broader marketing objectives.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
