Job summary

Goodwin, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Senior Manager of Billing & Collections for its London office. You will lead day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, shape the billing strategy, and partner with partners, practice groups and global operations to drive timely, accurate invoicing and collections.

The role requires 8–10 years in finance, experience with Aderant Expert or electronic billing platforms, and proven leadership across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of financial management experience in billing and collections.
• Advanced knowledge of Aderant Expert or equivalent electronic billing platforms.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage across multiple geographic locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the billing and collections function.
• Develop and implement revenue cycle improvements and billing policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, attorneys and practice units.
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting for firm management.
• Ensure timely, accurate client invoicing and collections.
