Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks a senior professional to lead the bid lifecycle for major infrastructure opportunities in the UK. You will collaborate with the Tendering and Commercial teams, manage client interfaces, and drive winning strategies while ensuring compliance and quality across tenders.

You will mentor colleagues, coordinate with UK&I and JV partners, and advance risk management and project controls practices across bids and delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualifications in an engineering discipline.
• Post-graduate qualifications in business, science or management desirable.
• Extensive post-qualification experience in major projects and infrastructure environment.
• International project management experience in hydraulics, water treatment or infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid lifecycle from win strategy to submission with the Tendering and Commercial team.
• Mentor team members, peers and stakeholders to lift performance across the tender function.
• Identify complex construction risks and opportunities and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with UK& Ireland projects and with JV partners where applicable.
• Review and approve design and engineering proposals during tender and handover phases.
