Job summary

Burberry seeks a Global Benefits Manager to lead development, implementation and governance of worldwide benefits. You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure competitive, compliant programmes that attract and retain talent.

The role covers renewals, vendor management, benefits technology and employee communications across Burberry's global locations, while maintaining a positive employee experience and alignment with our EVP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing employee benefits programmes in multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of UK benefits, pensions, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with renewals, vendor management and benefits tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual insurance and benefit renewals across multiple regions.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and benefit providers to ensure high-quality service.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Procurement to deliver global benefits effectively.
• Support development and delivery of Burberry's global benefits strategy and policies.
• Develop benefits communications to improve understanding and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and update programmes accordingly.
• Maintain records of benefit frameworks, contracts and renewals.
• Drive benefits-related technology and digital transformation initiatives.
