Job summary

Imperial Brands is recruiting a Global Benefits & Wellbeing Lead to shape an enterprise-wide benefits framework for a global FMCG business. The role requires coordinating benefits landscape across markets, establishing global standards while preserving local flexibility, and leading the wellbeing agenda to ensure programmes are competitive, compliant and financially sustainable.

Qualifications

• Extensive global benefits experience across large, multi-country organisations.
• Proven ability to design and implement global benefits while retaining local flexibility.
• Strong wellbeing strategy experience with evidence-based programmes.
• Strong commercial and vendor management capability, including negotiations and budgeting.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with use of market data and employee feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global benefits strategy with an enterprise-wide framework balancing competitiveness, equity, cost effectiveness and local flexibility.
• Lead the global wellbeing agenda, designing scalable, evidence-based programmes that drive engagement, resilience and retention.
• Benchmark the current benefits landscape using market data, utilisation analytics and employee insights to shape priorities.
• Establish governance and compliance with Legal, Tax, Finance and local P&C teams to meet global standards and local requirements.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract management, service levels, performance oversight and budget for benefits and wellbeing.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, communication and adoption across departments to embed the strategy.
