The Global Benefits Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of Burberry's global benefits programmes. The role will help ensure our benefits offering remains competitive, compliant and aligned with the needs of our employees and business objectives.
The role will oversee a broad range of benefits activities, including insurance renewals, vendor management, benefits governance, programme implementation, employee communications and benefits technology. Working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Procurement and external partners, the role will support the consistent and effective delivery of benefits across Burberry's global locations while ensuring a positive employee experience and supporting Burberry's employee value proposition.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, the role will contribute to the evolution of Burberry's benefits strategy, identify opportunities to improve processes and programmes, and help ensure our benefits offering continues to support employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.
