Slalom in Manchester is seeking a senior leader to drive Global Benefits governance and strategic initiatives across regions. You will partner with the Director, Global Benefits to operationalize the benefits roadmap, manage governance frameworks, and steer vendor relationships.

• Significant experience in global benefits strategy and operations.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and regions in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrated experience executing benefits strategy and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance, policy development, risk management, and governance practices.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnership capabilities.
• Experience influencing decisions and building alignment across diverse groups.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
