Job summary

Mondrian Alpha, a London-based hedge fund, seeks a Benefits SME to lead the design and rollout of strategic employee benefit programs. You will own vendor relationships, leverage HRIS reporting to drive data-driven decisions, and work with the HR team on BAU processes including enrolment and compliance.

The role offers WFH flexibility and a strong bonus potential tied to performance. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years’ benefits experience, strong communication, and a solid academic background.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits or HR generalist with benefits remit.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.`
• FS experience preferred but industry-agnostic.”

Responsibilities

• Owns benefits strategy development and rollout firmwide.
• Manages relationships with benefits vendors and data reporting.
• Supports year-end reviews, compliance and enrolment management.
