Burberry is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to lead the development and management of our global benefits programmes. Hybrid work arrangement requires four days in the office.

You will oversee renewals, vendor governance, communications, and global benefits delivery across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and a strong employee value proposition. Qualifikationen

• Experience managing employee benefits programmes in a multinational or complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK benefits, pensions, tax and regulatory requirements, incl. payrolling of benefits and salary sacrifice.
• Experience managing benefit renewals and working with brokers, insurers and providers.
• Experience implementing and improving benefits technology, processes and communications.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate annual insurance and benefit renewals across countries/regions.
• Manage brokers, insurers and benefit providers to ensure high-quality service.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Procurement to deliver global benefits.
• Develop and deliver Burberry's global benefits strategy and policies.
• Improve benefits processes and documentation for a consistent, efficient experience.
• Lead benefits communications to improve understanding and participation.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements by tracking regulatory changes.
• Maintain records of benefit frameworks, contracts, renewal dates and documentation.
• Support wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives related to benefits.
