Job summary

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Sr. Global Benefits Associate to join our Talent team. This role oversees benefits programs across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Canada, ensuring compliance and delivering high‑quality support across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with regional benefits providers, payroll, and HR colleagues to standardize processes, maintain data accuracy, and clearly communicate benefits during onboarding and ongoing engagement across time zones.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in global benefits administration across multiple regions (UK, Ireland, Germany, Canada).
  • Strong understanding of international benefits structures (pensions, healthcare, life assurance, other reward schemes).
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory requirements in covered regions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Canada.
  • Manage employee escalations related to benefits coverage and inquiries.
  • Stay up to date with local employment laws and regulations to maintain compliant plans.
  • Collaborate with regional benefits providers, brokers, and payroll teams for smooth administration and timely processing.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise global benefits processes while accommodating local nuances.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and reporting across countries and HR/payroll systems.
  • Develop and distribute materials to educate employees about benefits and onboarding.
