Job summary

IXICO plc, a leader in neuroscience imaging, seeks a Business Development Director to drive new MSAs and contracts with international clients. You will lead consultative sales, manage multi‑level accounts and coordinate with legal on agreements.

Hybrid role with travel up to 50%, including international. A health sciences or business degree is expected; BD experience in life sciences is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally, understanding of neuroscience/medical imaging markets.
• Experience in a client-facing CRO/pharma/biotech role.
• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in health sciences or business.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and progress new MSAs and contracts with international clients.
• Lead sales plans, travel for face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations.
• Coordinate with proposals, contracts and senior colleagues on opportunities.
• Represent IXICO to maintain high client satisfaction and trust.
