Job summary

IXICO plc, a global leader in neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics, seeks an Associate Director/Director of Corporate Development & Partnership to shape growth through strategic alliances and M&A discussions. You will build external partnerships, lead market assessments, and drive value across commercial, financial, and scientific teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in STEM, Business, Finance or Life Sciences.
• Experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or M&A advisory.
• Experience within life sciences, healthcare, biotech, medtech, or CRO environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex strategic or cross-functional projects, with exposure to business development, partnership development, and/or alliance management strongly desirable.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to represent IXICO credibly with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate development and partnership strategy initiatives.
• Coordinate market assessments and strategic evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Support long-term strategic planning with the executive leadership team.
• Lead proactive outreach to prospective partners and manage strategic alliances post-signature.
• Design and manage structured partner programmes with governance and shared roadmaps.
• Lead high-impact strategic corporate development projects from inception through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives.
