Job summary

RenaissanceRe is seeking an AVP, Employee Engagement Partner to lead the enterprise employee experience and inclusion strategy. The role translates listening and lifecycle insights into practical programs, governance, and measurable actions while partnering with HR, LACs, Sustainability, Internal Communications, and business leaders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 5 to 7+ years in employee experience, engagement, DEI, or related roles.
• Experience leading employee listening programs and action planning.
• Strong analytical capability to translate feedback into priorities and outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across HR, business leaders, and vendors.
• Excellent program management, communication, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise employee experience strategy and road map across geographies.
• Design onboarding/offboarding and moments that matter to engagement and retention.
• Own listening strategy: surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, feedback channels.
• Translate listening data into priorities and action plans with accountability.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, and HR to align programs with governance.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to amplify DEI and engagement initiatives.
• Manage Local Advisory Committees and global DEI/employee experience campaigns.
