Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to shape and deliver high-impact employee communications, focusing on executive-level messaging and strategic storytelling. You will partner with senior leaders to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across channels, driving alignment and action across a global workforce.

This hybrid role supports collaboration with R&D, Portfolio and Strategy teams, ensuring communications are accessible, inclusive, and channel-appropriate

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering employee communications, including strategic/change communications (5+ years).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; translate complex topics into clear employee messages.
• Strong project management; manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proactive counsel to leaders; anticipate questions and risks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, tone, timing and channels.
• Develop executive-ready content: narratives, messages, briefings, talking points, scripts and FAQs.
• Translate complex/technical topics into clear, human communications for diverse audiences.
• Lead engagement moments (e.g., All Hands) with storyline, run-of-show and speaker coordination.
• Ensure alignment across leaders and functions to maintain consistent enterprise messaging.
• Maintain high editorial and accessibility standards across communications.
• Use insights to improve impact and channel effectiveness over time.
