Job summary

A&O Shearman in London is seeking an AV & Collaboration Technology Manager to lead the global collaboration technology team, working with AV, UC and Network experts to ensure seamless operational success.

You will design, deploy and govern the firm's video networks, meeting platforms and digital workplace technology infrastructure globally, while overseeing backend products, firmware and security compliance to minimise operational impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in video collaboration within professional services is preferred.
• Strong governance, security and lifecycle standards knowledge.
• Proven track record in leading IT teams and managing external partners.
• Ability to lead cross-regional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define governance, security and lifecycle standards.
• Lead regional collaboration teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
• Oversee vendor relationships and platform contracts.
• Drive adoption, training and change management programs.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance and user satisfaction.
• Advise leadership on digital workplace transformation.
