Job summary

Global is seeking a Commercial Distribution Executive to ensure all commercial audio is quality assessed, processed within deadlines and distributed to Global sites successfully.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and capable of handling multiple tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. You will collaborate with the National Copy, Scheduling & DAX Teams and support PRS obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure audio is processed within deadlines and to a high standard.
• Daily commercial audio playout validation.
• Vet and assess all externally made audio to meet Global standards and industry regs.
• Chase missing audio.
• Manage any audio that fails QA.
• Completion of all PRS requirements.
• Work with the DAX Team to ensure audio is shared within rules.
