Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Global Asset Planning Manager based in Glasgow to lead strategic planning for Aggreko's global fleet portfolio. You will translate demand signals into fleet, investment and deployment strategies across international markets and collaborate with regional leaders to ensure timely supply and growth.

You'll bring expertise in S&OP, demand planning, forecasting and scenario modelling to ensure assets are in the right places at the right times, supported by data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, S&OP, integrated business planning or supply chain planning.
• Able to translate demand signals into operational and investment plans.
• Forecasting, scenario planning, capacity planning and balancing priorities.
• Comfortable building and presenting business cases including CapEx.
• Strong communicator influencing senior leaders across regions.
• Experience across international markets and multinational operations.
• Commercially minded with ability to link planning to revenue and performance.
• Highly analytical with strong Excel and analytics tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead global fleet planning activities with regional stakeholders.
• Translate demand forecasts into fleet, deployment and investment plans.
• Develop and maintain multiple planning scenarios balancing priorities.
• Drive the global CapEx planning process with robust business cases.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, Manufacturing and Regions.
• Optimize asset deployment across markets and direct transfers/ redeployments.
• Analyse fleet utilisation, ageing profiles and performance trends.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and gain alignment.
• Lead a small team and build relationships with regional fleet leaders.
