Job summary

Crozier Fine Arts, part of Iron Mountain, is seeking a UK and International Art Fair Manager to drive commercial growth at major fairs across the UK, Europe and Asia, combining concierge client service with specialised shipping expertise to elevate market share and profitability.

You will manage high-touch relationships, coordinate pre-fair preparations, oversee consolidated freight routes, and monitor the pipeline and EBITDA targets while traveling across Europe and Asia to provide on-site

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive professional experience in fine art shipping.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and UK/EU customs regimes.
• Proven success in pricing models, margin management, and conversion tracking.
• Exceptional concierge-level client service for top-tier galleries and fair organizers.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe and Asia during peak events.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and profitability through targeted sales strategies and standardized pricing tools.
• Manage high-touch account relationships, coordinate pre-fair preparations, and conduct post-fair debriefs.
• Coordinate international gallery accounts and promote consolidated freight routes while adhering to SOPs.
• Track quotes, monitor receivables, and help ensure regional EBITDA targets are met.
