Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our Crozier team. You will drive end-to-end administrative coordination, ensure billing accuracy, and help manage accounts receivable while supporting bespoke art logistics for prestigious global clients.

You’ll partner with Sales, Account Management and operations, maintain digital archives, enforce SLAs, and generate weekly reports.

• Ability to streamline workflows using AI/digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

Aufgaben

• Review project estimates against final billing and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and operations to onboard vendors and manage orders.
• Maintain structured digital archives and enforce SLAs and standards.
• Review account payments, resolve billing inquiries with credit control, and produce weekly bad debt reporting.
• Deliver weekly cost tracking and ad hoc leadership reports; use AI to automate workflows.
