Job description

Your mission;

Drive regional sales growth while providing Water Technologies - Elga HQ with valuable

market insights and product feedback.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each business unit to consistently exceed

targets.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focusing on key accounts to achieve quarterly

and annual revenue goals.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to set ambitious growth targets and

implement high-impact strategies.

How will you do this

Engage and influence clients at all levels building strong long-term relationships.

Craft compelling business proposals sales plans and contracts in collaboration with

Water Technologies - Elga teams.

Lead regular customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term success.

Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and identifying new growth

opportunities.

Qualifications :

What you will bring :

Understanding of laboratory workflows and key instrumentation drivers

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage)

Knowledge of finance metrics typically bookings revenue & margins

Experience in sales forecasting and budget management

Strong balance of sales hunting and account management skills

Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

Experience managing third-party channels and global accounts

Presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills

Expertise in strategic sales planning and business development

Experience working in international markets

Strong communication skills to drive collaboration across regional and national teams

Ability to secure and manage high-value international deals

Skills & Experience;

Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology or a related scientific field (Masters / MBA

preferred)

extensive sales experience in the scientific / lab equipment industry

Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Suite

Business-conscious and commercially astute.

Fluent in English with additional European languages being a plus.

When not travelling you will be based at our Water Technologies - Elga headquarters in Lane EndHigh Wycombe.
