BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group in London seeks a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support new business across SWANA, the Gulf, Ireland and the UK. You will coordinate bids, draft proposals, and produce compelling materials in collaboration with directors and architects.

You will manage CRM data, help develop collateral, and work across projects and teams in a dynamic, international creative environment. Strong writing and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience drafting and editing client proposals and presentations.
• Ability to research and develop market opportunities across diverse regions.
• Familiarity with PQQs, RFQs, RFPs and fee proposals is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support pursuit of new business across SWANA, Gulf, Ireland and the UK.
• Coordinate and produce submissions, proposals and pitch materials.
• Develop high-quality business development collateral (CVs, portfolios, credentials).
• Produce and organise written/graphic content aligned with BIG’s visual identity.
• Maintain CRM and project databases (Salesforce, OpenAsset, Airtable).
• Support client and collaborator engagement through meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with local project teams and global Business Development groups.
• Contribute to market research and opportunity tracking in an international context.
