BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) in London seeks a Commercial Manager to lead fee proposals, tender analysis and commercial strategy for projects across the UK and EU. You will coordinate with Business Development, Project Controlling and Legal teams, manage sub-consultants and ensure compliant, competitive proposals.

The role requires 3-5 years’ experience in architecture or professional services, proficiency with Excel, Word, InDesign and Acrobat, and the ability to work across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience preparing fee proposals and commercial bids in architecture or professional services.
• Ability to analyze scope, timelines, and contractual terms to price proposals.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and consultants.

Responsabilités

• Produce commercial bids for current and prospective projects and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Build consultant teams and coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure timely delivery of compliant proposals.
• Input and manage fee data in project controls platforms and update as needed.
• Support Business Development with proposal methodology statements and plans across project phases.
• Negotiate fees and assist with contract appendices and client Q&A.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and template documents across departments.
