Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima (TN) is seeking a quality professional to help lead the Global Quality Organization and ensure products meet customer requirements.

Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, you will oversee ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 compliance, drive APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP activities, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen process capability and product quality across automotive and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent with QA exposure.
3+ years in automotive quality teams.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 and OEM requirements.
Experience with APQP/PPAP processes.
Experience with PFMEA, SPC, 8D, 5-Why.

Responsibilities

APQP Deployment: Lead all five phases of APQP for ball and roller manufacturing.
Risk Management: Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate process risks.
PPAP Management: Coordinate PPAP submissions for major OEM customers.
Quality Documentation: Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and inspection standards.
Supplier Quality: Evaluate sub-tier suppliers to meet APQP/PPAP requirements.
Process Validation: Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
Problem Solving: Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
