Job summary

Ambrey Risk Limited in Hereford is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the end-to-end AP function across the group. You will manage a UK and overseas team of 4–5 reports, ensuring accurate processing and timely reporting to the CFO and Board.

You will design and implement standardised AP processes, improve data quality and ERP workflows, and collaborate across UK and overseas teams. Some travel to India will be required to work directly with the AP team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume AP across multiple entities.
• Ability to travel to India when required.
• Design and implement AP controls and procedures.
• Strong data analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP, P2P and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable function across group.
• Manage UK and overseas AP team of 4–5 reports.
• Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain AP ledger integrity across group entities.
• Develop and monitor AP controls and procedures.
