Job summary

Paul Card Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for a UK-based role in Osmotherley. You will lead an established AP team, oversee end-to-end purchase-to-pay, and help deliver a high-quality service across the business as ERP systems have been upgraded.

You will work with Finance and Procurement, bring fresh ideas, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, strengthen controls, and support ongoing systems enhancements. Hybrid working with a competitive salary package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Accounts Payable function in a larger organisation.
• Proven ability to build teams, improve processes and deliver change.
• Experience with finance ERP implementations is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Accounts Payable team and drive end-to-end P2P.
• Oversee process improvements across AP and related functions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to raise service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and strengthen controls and reporting.
• Support ongoing system enhancements and ensure high-quality service.
