Job summary

Tommee Tippee is seeking a Global Head of Amazon Performance Marketing to lead our worldwide Amazon strategy, combining paid media, organic search and content to maximise performance and profitability across markets.

You will manage a central team and closely collaborate with regional Marketing, Amazon Trading and Brand/Content teams to align media, content and execution for global growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance marketing, ecommerce or retail media.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising components (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global Amazon performance marketing strategy.
• Lead global lower-funnel media planning and budget allocation across markets.
• Oversee Amazon SEO and organic discoverability globally.
• Develop a disciplined digital shelf and content strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop a central team and coordinate with regional teams.
