Job summary

Mayborn Group Limited is seeking a Global Head of Amazon Performance Marketing to lead the company’s Amazon strategy across paid and organic activities. Based in the UK or fully remote, you will own the lower-funnel media investments, optimise TaCOS, ROAS and conversion, and drive profitable growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance marketing, ecommerce or retail media.
• Deep experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) and optimization.
• Strong understanding of TaCOS, ROAS, impressions, traffic, CTR and conversion.
• Experience managing sizeable budgets across markets and campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global Amazon performance marketing and discoverability strategy across paid and organic channels.
• Lead the global lower-funnel Amazon media budget, allocating across markets and campaigns for profitable growth.
• Oversee Amazon paid media (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) with ongoing optimization.
• Develop and enforce a rigorous performance framework focusing on TaCOS, ROAS, impressions, and conversions.
• Coach and develop a central team; collaborate with Brand, Content and regional teams to align activity.
• Provide actionable insights through reporting to drive investment decisions and growth.
