Job summary

Essity seeks a senior marketing leader to own demand generation and performance across Amazon Europe. You will define activation strategies, drive end-to-end campaigns, and optimize ROI across markets, influencing agency partners and internal teams.

The role requires 5–8+ years in e‑commerce/performance marketing, expert knowledge of Amazon tools, and strong analytical skills. Based in Europe with global collaboration and a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail media, or performance marketing including 3+ years of proven end-to-end ownership of Amazon (1P) marketing performance
• Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial impact (revenue growth, ROI, profitability)
• Deep expertise in the Amazon marketing ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, promotions, content, Vendor Central) and advanced usage of AI tools
• Experience steering agencies and owning performance delivery end-to-end
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation and marketing performance across Amazon Europe with accountability for growth, profitability, and ROI
• Drive full-funnel performance across traffic, conversion, and retention, including budget allocation across advertising, promotions, and other channels
• Define and lead full-funnel advertising strategy spanning Sponsored Ads, DSP, and external traffic while coordinating with agencies and suppliers
• Own promotions and commercial activation, including annual promotional planning and calendar alignment with commercial priorities
• Elevate content and conversion performance by roadmap for product content and run A/B tests
• Ensure cross-functional marketing execution with agencies and Amazon partners
• Leverage data and AI to improve marketing performance and scale across markets
• Define, scale, and evolve frameworks and best practices across countries and categories
