3Search is partnering with a high-growth consumer brand in London to recruit a Senior Amazon Account Manager who will own the UK, Europe and North America Amazon P&L and lead the trading strategy across multiple territories.

The role involves close collaboration with product development, supply chain and leadership to identify opportunities, shape marketplace strategy and invest for future growth. Hybrid working model with strong commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing Amazon businesses.
• Hands-on Seller Central experience.
• Experience owning an Amazon P&L.
• Experience with multi-territory expansion.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon P&L across the UK, Europe and North America.
• Develop and execute the global Amazon trading strategy.
• Drive profitable growth across Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
• Identify new marketplace and international expansion opportunities.
• Lead and develop colleagues within the Amazon team.
• Partner directly with Amazon to build strong commercial relationships.
• Leverage AI, automation and marketplace technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Ownership of Amazon advertising and promotional budgets.
• Management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display activity.
