Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to recruit a Head of Amazon based in Chester. You will own the full Amazon business across the US, UK and Europe, combining strategic leadership with hands-on ownership.

You'll drive end-to-end Amazon operations, lead negotiations, demand planning and stock replenishment, and report to the leadership team. This senior role requires deep Amazon experience and a data-driven, commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing Amazon ( Vendor Central preferred ).
• Experience managing a large, complex Amazon account.
• Strong understanding of Amazon's commercial model: pricing, promotions, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Amazon growth strategy across US, UK and Europe with full P&L accountability.
• Lead negotiations on trading terms, joint business plans and promotional investments.
• Ensure stock availability and inventory performance through forecasting and replenishment.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance to drive account performance.
