Job summary

The University of Cambridge invites applications for Head of Alumni Programming on a six-month secondment. You will lead the Alumni Programming team, shape a coordinated, audience-focused engagement programme and work with colleagues across the University to strengthen lifelong alumni relationships.

You will be a proven people manager with experience in alumni or membership programmes, plus strong strategic planning, communications and operational management skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Alumni Programming team and deliver a portfolio of events and content.
• Shape an audience-focused engagement programme across multiple channels.
• Use data insights to tailor content to alumni interests and advocacy.
• Manage budgets, priorities and resources and collaborate across teams.
• Represent Alumni Engagement at meetings and events with occasional travel.
