Job summary

The University of Edinburgh is recruiting a part-time Alumni Engagement Assistant to support the engagement centre. You will develop shift plans, guide a team of Alumni Ambassadors, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This role supports students with flexible hours around your studies. Ideal candidates are well organized, with strong communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence, and have prior experience in an engagement centre.

Responsibilities

• Develop shift plans for the campaign in collaboration with the Senior Development Officer
• On shift, work with a team of Alumni Ambassadors to provide guidance
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the engagement centre
• Support peers and learn management skills while contributing to the team’s success
