Reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement and joining the Extended Leadership Team, you will lead the Alumni Programming team, manage budgets and resources, shape strategy, and deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading alumni, membership, or comparable audience engagement programmes.
• Strong strategic planning, communications and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the Alumni Programming team, setting objectives and developing talent.
• Lead the portfolio of alumni events and content, ensuring high-quality, audience-focused engagement across channels.
• Leverage audience insights and data to tailor content and programming; drive advocacy, volunteering and philanthropy.
