Job summary

Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) seeks an Alumni Officer to grow and engage our global graduates. You will coordinate communications, events and volunteering, maintain alumni records, and support the Alumni Awards and Honorary Awardee activity.

The role offers opportunities to develop outreach to recent graduates for the Graduate Outcomes Survey, build relationships across ARU, and be the first point of contact for alumni.

Qualifications

• Experience of using a CRM (such as Raiser's Edge) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications, events and volunteering for alumni.
• Maintain accurate alumni records and support Alumni Awards and Honorary Awardee activity.
• Deliver outreach to recent graduates for the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
• Organise events and be a first point of contact for alumni across ARU.
