Job summary

Landmark Global is seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to manage documentation and bookings for international shipments. You will liaise with airlines and general sales agents, monitor flight capacity, and ensure on-time uplift and accurate export processing.

The role requires a minimum of two years in air shipping, solid knowledge of MAWB processes, and strong attention to detail. Collaboration with warehouse teams and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential experience and knowledge of minimum 2 years in shipping/exporting goods by air, understanding air freight and airlines operations.
• Ability to plan bookings for the month and liaise with airlines.
• Enter MAWBs on internal systems and airline portals.
• Ability to discuss rates with airlines.
• Postal and freight world knowledge.
• Import and export by air transport operations.
• Security Level D or higher.
• CRB Check.
• 5 years checkable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents by air (MAWB, CI, CN).
• Liaise with Airlines and GSA regarding flight capacity and bookings.
• Monitor schedules and capacity.
• Request uplift confirmations from airlines.
• Resolve air transport queries and maintain export schedules.
• Produce KPI reports and documentation for export operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for on-time export.
• Report delays clearly to clients and management.
• Participate in team briefings and meetings.
