Job summary

The Royal Air Force is seeking a Logistics Mover to coordinate the movement of personnel and equipment across air, sea and land on RAF Stations across the UK, with the possibility of overseas service during exercises and operations.

You will be responsible for moving troops and cargo according to operational needs, operating IT systems to track movements, loading and unloading transport aircraft, and accompanying cargo worldwide.

Qualifications

• Movement of personnel and equipment by air, sea and land.
• Experience operating transport IT systems and loading equipment.
• Willingness to be deployed domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers and cargo for operations.
• Operate a forklift and other vehicles to load freight for transport.
• Drive and operate specialist aircraft handling equipment.
