You will identify where AI can improve the business, collaborate with teams across functions, and drive adoption of practical AI use cases in a global context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI implementation / transformation experience
• Experience delivering global transformation programmes across multiple countries
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating emerging technology into practical solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AI transformation initiatives across the business
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, efficiency and ways of working
• Work closely with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop practical AI use cases
• Research and assess AI tools and technologies that could benefit different functions
• Support the implementation and adoption of new AI solutions
• Act as a change champion, helping teams understand how AI can enhance rather than replace existing ways of working
• Develop and support training, communication and stakeholder engagement around AI adoption
• Work with the existing global AI community and change champions
• Help shape the organisation's wider approach to AI and technology transformation
• Become involved in further technology and transformation projects as the programme develops
